Being a computer science student i always think about how will be the life at GOOGLE ,It is a dream for every computer science student to work for companies like Google,In this context i started researching about the Google headquarters and amazed it is a dream company and I would like to share some info regarding the same............
GOOGLE HEADQUARTERS
Google headquarters is located at Mountain view ,California.Being the world's most powerful company google has set certain standards and it's been always new and interesting,The company always thinks something new and that is visible in every project they taken up and this mantra is also seen in their company starting from the construction till the interior design and working environment everything looks awesome
FACILITIES
In google most of the employees are directly hired from the college,This makes the office looks like a college campus other than a professional company.It is filled with all the young employees who resembles the college students!.Google is very environmental friendly,i quoted this because every where one can see many bicycles to have a trip around the campus other than automobiles which is very nice to see.Inside the campus we will see very huge white boards on which many people scribble some jokes,ideas .etc..Google allowed its employees to share ideas among themselves and have a friendly environment without losing concentration on the work so there are glass partitions in the office and Another interesting and crazy thing is one can bring their dog or other pets along with them into the office!!!!!!!!
FOOD FACILITIES
Google employees are really fortunate,Every employee may have his breakfast,lunch,dinner at the cafe for free of cost,Google pays for them apart from this there are many snack counters all over the campus and every employee can visit the counter any time to have some coffee or something like that for free of cost! If somebody gets bored he may have some snacks !
SOME ALLOWANCES
*One can have a free Hair cut :)
*If someone feels bore he may play games like billiards etc There are also video games for those who like them
*There are also small swimming pools which has a current against the swimmers so that they can strain fast moreover there are also Lifeguards
*If someone had a stain while eating then there is also laundry facility for free
*There is also medical facility all the week
*There is also massage facility with a therapist in private rooms
Google employees also have a facility to work 20% of the work time on other projects this makes the employees switch between the workload and dream projects!Overall the company just looks like a park or a luxurious hotel with some Brilliant minds to change the worlds!!
